Attendees will gain insights into the factors contributing to the emergence of these diseases, such as globalization, environmental changes, and antimicrobial resistance. The presentation will cover notable cases of emerging infectious diseases, including COVID-19, Ebola, Zika virus, and antimicrobial-resistant infections, highlighting their clinical manifestations and transmission dynamics. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of timely diagnosis, public health surveillance, and innovative strategies for prevention and control. Additionally, participants will explore the role of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing outbreaks and enhancing preparedness for future infectious disease threats.
