Ines Voellinger
Ines Voellinger is a healthcare futurist, AI strategist, and digital transformation leader with a unique cross-industry background bridging advanced AI implementation in the Automotive Sector with cutting-edge innovation in Healthcare. She is the founder of IV.ai Solutions, a United States-based educational initiative focused on increasing AI literacy and supporting ethical technology adoption in clinical environments.
Over the past 15 years, Ines has led enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI programs at Volkswagen Group of America, while simultaneously building thought leadership in Healthcare through research, mentoring, and public speaking. She holds certificates from Stanford University in AI in Healthcare and Digital Transformation, and was selected for the Harvard Leadership Program as a Top 30 talent within the North American region.
Ines has spoken at major events, including the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association Conference and Reuters Digital Health. She collaborates with providers and academic partners to explore responsible, human-first AI in medicine, particularly for primary care and preventative applications.
Her work is driven by a personal passion to transform Healthcare into a more proactive, digitally empowered system and one that prioritizes both patient care and physician well-being, and global networks such as the VR/AR Association Healthcare Group to explore responsible, human-first AI and immersive technologies in medicine.
