Sarah Davis, DO

Dr. Sarah Davis graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, in 2004. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. John Oakland Hospital (now Ascension Macomb-Oakland) in Madison Heights, Michigan. She served as Chief Resident and was named Resident of the Year in 2007. After completing her residency, she joined a family medicine/athletic medicine practice in Novi, Michigan. She practiced there for two years and then moved to Denver, Colorado, where she continued to practice family medicine with the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. In 2011, Dr. Davis embarked on her integrative medicine journey by enrolling in the Integrative Medicine distance learning fellowship program founded by Dr. Andrew Weil at the Arizona Center of Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona. In 2017, she completed the Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Plus One Residency at LECOM Health Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. While completing this residency, she discovered her passion for teaching. 

Dr. Davis is currently an Associate Dean of Osteopathic Integration and an Associate Professor of Osteopathic Principles and Practice at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine in Meridian, Idaho. She is also an Affiliate Faculty member for the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in Boise, Idaho. Dr. Davis is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, in Family Medicine & Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, in Integrative Medicine by the American Board of Integrative Medicine, and in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.  

Dr. Davis is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Family Physicians, and the Idaho Medical Association. She received the ICOM SCOPE Award in 2023. She has served on various committees and held leadership positions in various professional associations and societies.  

Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking, fitness activities, downhill skiing, self-development, meditation, and mind-body medicine during her free time.
